• HUD — the in-call heads-up display that surfaces coaching signals to the rep during a live call.
• CallAgent — the per-call Cloudflare Durable Object (Agents SDK) that holds call state and coordinates the real-time pipeline.
• Durable Object (DO) — Cloudflare’s unit of stateful, single-threaded coordination; Frontier keys several DOs per call.
• Utterance — a bounded segment of speech; the unit that inference runs on.
